How we handle the information you share with us.
Answerability.ai is an independent research practice. We collect personal information only to deliver the engagement you've requested. We don't sell it, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't have an analytics or marketing-attribution stack that aggregates it.
What we collect
- Form submissions — when you request a sample report, a diagnostic, or a sprint discussion, we collect your name, work email, company, domain, and any notes you choose to share. The form post goes directly to our research inbox.
- Payment information — Stripe processes all payments. We never see or store card numbers. Stripe shares billing email, last four digits, country, and the amount with us for accounting purposes.
- Server logs — Cloudflare records standard HTTP request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp, path) for security and abuse prevention. We don't tie this to identity.
What we don't collect
- No cookies for tracking or advertising. The site sets no cookies on initial load.
- No third-party analytics. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no marketing-attribution scripts.
- No newsletter signups, no follow-up email sequences, no remarketing audiences.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and scope an engagement.
- To deliver the artifact you've purchased.
- For accounting and tax compliance.
Confidentiality during engagements
Every engagement is governed by a mutual non-disclosure agreement signed before scoping. Your domain, your buyers, your competitors, your scores, and anything in the report — none of it leaves the engagement. Reports referenced on this site as examples either have explicit written permission from the engagement sponsor, or are anonymized to the point where the original engagement is not identifiable. The practice's confidentiality posture is summarized on the about page.
Sub-processors
- Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, CDN, and the email-routing forwarder for
[email protected]. - Resend — outbound email delivery (autoresponders and notifications).
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Google Workspace — inbound mail for the practice.
